Characteristics
1. 對(duì)車(chē)輛的尺寸及位置采用雷達(dá)三維掃描,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)測(cè)量,并對(duì)位置偏差進(jìn)行報(bào)警;
2. 系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的自主研發(fā)的集成控制系統(tǒng),自動(dòng)計(jì)算和控制每次碼垛數(shù)量;
3. 系統(tǒng)采用六軸機(jī)械手作為執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),自由度非常高,適應(yīng)裝車(chē)車(chē)型的種類(lèi)非常廣泛,碼垛的形狀也可自由選擇;
4. 系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)方式采用直接落地在地軌上行走,因此可適用超長(zhǎng)車(chē)輛的裝車(chē);
5.系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,采用絕對(duì)值式伺服電機(jī)加減速機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),前后運(yùn)行位置控制精準(zhǔn)、剎車(chē)靈敏,整個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置經(jīng)久耐用;
6.在設(shè)置好裝車(chē)參數(shù)后,實(shí)現(xiàn)一鍵啟動(dòng)全自動(dòng)裝車(chē);在正常裝車(chē)沒(méi)有報(bào)警的情況下,裝車(chē)完成機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)回初始位置;
7.在裝車(chē)過(guò)程中發(fā)生故障時(shí),系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)暫停,通過(guò)觸摸屏查看故障原因,排除故障后,系統(tǒng)可繼續(xù)裝車(chē);
8. 系統(tǒng)可通過(guò)觸摸屏顯示各種狀態(tài)、故障、計(jì)數(shù)信息;
