GT120ZC00 箱式自動(dòng)裝車(chē)系統(tǒng)是合肥固泰經(jīng)過(guò)多年研發(fā)，開(kāi)發(fā)的袋裝水泥自動(dòng)裝車(chē)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能自動(dòng)化無(wú)人裝車(chē)，可適用于多種車(chē)型，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)無(wú)需人員操作，操作員在觸摸屏上按下啟動(dòng)按鈕后，水泥包會(huì)自動(dòng)的落入理想位置，使水泥包在車(chē)廂碼放平穩(wěn)，自動(dòng)化程度高。這種裝車(chē)方式，可以節(jié)省裝車(chē)的勞動(dòng)力，提高裝車(chē)效率，減少搬運(yùn)和裝卸過(guò)程中所造成的破袋現(xiàn)象。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、操作簡(jiǎn)便。

Characteristics
1.對(duì)車(chē)輛的尺寸及位置采用雷達(dá) 3D 掃描，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)測(cè)量，并對(duì)位置偏差進(jìn)行報(bào)警。
2.對(duì)于超長(zhǎng)汽車(chē)采用分段碼垛技術(shù)，自動(dòng)計(jì)算和控制每次碼垛數(shù)量。
3.系統(tǒng)自帶收塵器，使裝車(chē)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人、無(wú)塵裝車(chē)，有效的達(dá)到環(huán)保要求。
4.設(shè)置好裝車(chē)參數(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)一鍵啟動(dòng)全自動(dòng)裝車(chē)，裝車(chē)完成機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)回到初始位置。
5.系統(tǒng)自帶計(jì)數(shù)裝置，便于水泥廠對(duì)袋數(shù)的管理及監(jiān)管。
6.系統(tǒng)安裝有壓包整形裝置，將水泥包整形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)致的形狀，可以處理異包狀況，從而有效預(yù)防卡包狀況。
7.系統(tǒng)安裝有連包檢測(cè)裝置，可以有效地解決連包問(wèn)題。
8.在裝車(chē)過(guò)程中發(fā)生故障時(shí)，系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)暫停，通過(guò)觸摸屏查看故障原因并排除故障后，可繼續(xù)裝車(chē)。

6.The running mechanism inside the whole head adoptsimported linear module and absolute value servo motor drive control. The whole head running mechanism is controlled accurately. It has dust and water resistance ratings up to IP67.
7.The driving device of the system is driven by absolute value servo motor acceleration and deceleration. It has precise front and rear operating position control, sensitive brake, and the whole drive device is durable.
8. When a fault occurs during the loading process, the system can automatically stop, and then check the fault cause through the touch screen. After troubleshooting, the system can continue to load.
9.The system can display various status, fault and counting information through the touch screen.
